Hass Avocado: Often considered the optimal avocado by sushi chefs, the Hass avocado does not brown as quickly as many other avocados. Its perfect nutty and buttery flavour reaches its peak when skin ripens from green to a dark purple.

Sushi Grade means these Avocados are preferred by sushi chefs because the flesh does not brown as quickly as your average avocado.
