The Madame Francis Mango is a kidney shaped mango with minimal fibre. The Caribbean flavour is rich and sweet with notes of spice. The skin turns bright yellow and the flesh a deep orange when ready to eat. If the skin is green leave at room temperature for 1-4 days.
